Saturdays at 3:30 pm through June 17
Anyone can improve their balance, stamina, muscle tone and general health through Tai Chi. The class, taught by Laurel Pollock, is based on the program “Tai Chi for Better Balance,” for adults ages 21 and older. Offered on Saturdays at 3:30 through the Community Education program of Oregon Coast Community College. This class if full, but you can learn more by calling 541-996-6222.
